This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Together Fund Terms of Use (the “Terms”), accessible here. The terms “Together”, “Together Fund,” “we,” and “us” refer to Together Advisors LLP and any of its affiliated entities within the Together group of companies that own and operate this website and related communications (collectively, “Together Fund”). Certain website content, including information, services, tools and links, may be provided by third parties. This Privacy Policy explains our online (and limited offline) information practices, the kinds of information we may collect, how we use and share that information, and how you can exercise your rights.

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information processed by Together Fund in the course of your usage of this website (the “Site”), together with any related communications (such as newsletters) and any future online offerings operated by or on behalf of Together Fund (collectively, the “Services”). “Personal Information” (or “Personal Data”) means any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data. This may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, and online identifiers (like IP address) when linked to an identifiable individual.

We endeavour to collect only information that is relevant for the purposes described below.

- Newsletter / updates: email address (and any preferences you choose to share).
- When you contact us: name, email, phone number (if provided), company/role,
and the contents of your message (including attachments such as decks).
- Applications / programs / community links: if you choose to apply to or join
initiatives referenced from the Site (e.g., forms, application pages,
WhatsApp/community links), the information you submit is collected via that
third-party platform and shared with us for administration of the relevant
initiative.

B. Automatic data collection
When you visit the Site, we (or our service providers) may automatically collect
limited technical information such as: IP address, browser/device type, basic log
data, pages viewed, referral pages, approximate location (derived from IP), and
timestamps. This is typically used for security, performance, and basic analytics.

You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 6 below.

Withdrawal will not affect processing already undertaken prior to withdrawal.

A. Service providers (processors)
We may share information with vendors/service providers who help us operate the Site and communications (e.g., hosting, email delivery, security, analytics), subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your Personal Information may be processed and stored in India or other jurisdictions through our service providers. Where DPDP applies, cross-border transfers will be undertaken in accordance with applicable requirements and restrictions (including any government-notified restrictions).


6. Opt-Out / Withdrawal / Managing Communications
If you wish to opt-out of our newsletter, you can unsubscribe using the link in any email, or email us at hello@together.fund. If you wish to opt-out of any other processing of data, you may withdraw consent by contacting us as in accordance with Clause 7 below.


7. Your Rights

7.1. Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access information about your Personal Information we process;
- correct and update Personal Information;
- request erasure of Personal Information that we no longer need (subject to legal
retention);
- withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent);
- register a grievance; and
- nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf as permitted by DPDP

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on your request. If your grievance is not resolved, you may have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India (as per DPDP).


8. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain records for legitimate business purposes.

9. Personal Data Breach
If a personal data breach occurs, we will take steps required under the DPDP, including notifications where applicable.

10. Children
The Site is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children.

11. Modifications
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
