Prateek Raj

Prateek is drawn to the earliest, messiest stage of company building, when the product is still an argument and the market is still a hunch. An engineer by training from IIT Kharagpur, he began his career at EY-Parthenon, spending six years advising founders and corporates on growth strategy, market entry, and diligence across consumer and technology sectors, rising from Associate to Senior Consultant.

He then swapped advising builders for being one, joining DIY.org as Chief of Staff and working across product, growth, and operations at a fast-scaling learning platform. That operator stint pulled him into venture, first as an investor at Lightspeed India, backing early-stage founders across SaaS and consumer internet. At Together, Prateek partners with AI-native founders from the first cheque, helping them sharpen conviction, pressure-test go-to-market, and turn early signal into durable companies.

Prateek's our resident health freak, if he's not in the office, he's almost certainly at the gym or out on a run. Big on movies, always planning some trip or another, and rarely without a book or a podcast going.  He's usually the go-to guy if you want to know the latest on pretty much anything happening in the world.
