Shagun’s journey has been defined by a curiosity for how people think, build, and connect. Over the past 13 years, she has worked with 100+ startups globally across industries — shaping brand, product, and business narratives at the intersection of design and strategy. From leading marketing and design campaigns for 50+ brands to roles spanning creative director, producer, and strategist, her work has always centered on creating meaning through clarity.
Before joining Together, Shagun was part of the founding team at Nykaa and later founded The Satori Studio, a boutique creative agency. As a solo founder, she bootstrapped and scaled the studio to ~$300K in three years, building a 20+ member team and partnering with founders to bring ideas to life from 0 to 1. At Together, she leads marketing and brand — shaping how the fund and its founders tell stories with intent, precision, and heart.
Outside work, she loves teaching, hosting supper clubs, and experimenting in the kitchen with her sous-chef ChatGPT. When not feeding people she loves, she’s usually vibe building products, spending time with her two dogs and lifting weights. Her guiding belief: to be truly good at anything, you must constantly unlearn and relearn human behaviour.
