Vaibhav Shivrain

A love for solving hard problems at scale, and for helping the people solving them scale too, has been the defining thread in Vaibhav's journey. He did his dual degree at IIT Madras, where he led the Entrepreneurship Cell and the institute's tech contingent. Alongside that, he worked across early-stage startups in India and the US, leading product and growth initiatives from the ground up. What surfaced early, and has not faded since, is a pull toward startups and the want to work with the best founders in the room.

At Together, Vaibhav brings a first-principles lens and an operator's instinct for growth, taking apart how a product actually works before forming a view, and staying close to founders on what comes next.

Outside work, Vaibhav is happiest on a trail, whether that is a long trek in the Himalayas or a weekend in the Western Ghats. He loves playing football as much as he loves watching Real Madrid. He listens to a lot of R&B, follows F1 closely, and spends a good part of his free time pitching his favourite artists and films to anyone within his reach. His favourite book is Anxious People by Fredrik Backman.
